How to clean your Kegel Weights

When you first receive your Kegel Kit you need to sterilise your weights by removing the balls from the holder and place the 4 balls and the white holder in a saucepan of boiling water for 3-5 minutes to sterilise.

Then dry your weights and place in the carry bag.

· Please ensure you wash all weights and the holder with warm water and (pH friendly) soap before and after each use.
